Amy Schumer Lists Manhattan Penthouse for $15 Million

Now, per Wall Street Journal, it’s time for the I Feel Pretty star and her family to move on from that five bedroom space, so she’s listed it for $15 million.
When Schumer bought the pad, she paid $12.15 million, then redecorated with Clements Design, the interior design team best known for their work on Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo’s Pacific Palisades home that AD toured last year and other celebrity pads. Schumer was attracted to Clements after a visit to fellow actor and friend Jennifer Lawrence’s home. “I thought it was so beautiful, with all the modern finishes but this really kind of timeless elegance,” the comedian said of Lawrence’s home to Wall Street Journal. That description could indeed describe the penthouse Schumer has just listed, which is anchored by its spacious wraparound terraces and rooftop garden.

The great room is encased in glass and centered on a minimal marble fireplace, creating a contemporary impression, though wallpapers and traditional finishes offset this, creating a warm environment. According to WSJ, the purchase of the property was a major life milestone for the Long Island native, who described it as “a big deal for me.
