// It’s been an absolutely action-packed day when it comes to Biglaw compensation. Firms are raising salaries left and right, as if Cravath cash is going to go out of style. Newsflash: It won’t, but don’t let that stop you from announcing your raises ASAP.

Earlier today, Winston & Strawn — a firm that brought in $981,223,000 gross revenue in 2020, placing it at No. 45 on the most recent Am Law 100 — announced that it would be matching Cravath. Here’s the salary scale that should look quite familiar to associates by now:

Because the firm’s fiscal year begins on February 1, base salaries for U.S. associates in good standing are retroactive to that date, and will be reflected in their paychecks on March 15.
