Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are no stranger to record breaking real estate transactions—one of 2019’s top deals was the sale of their Beverly Hills home to Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi for $45 million—and if they receive asking price for their newly listed Pacific Palisades home it’ll be among the most pricy sales in the area’s history. According to the LA Times the Maroon 5 frontman and the model just listed the spot that AD toured last year for $57.5 million, a sizable increase from the $31.95 million they paid Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner for it in 2018.

The three acre property features three distinct structures, the largest being a five bedroom, eight bathroom ranch-style home designed by iconic mid century California architect Cliff May, though many of May’s touches have been removed in the nearly 100 years since the structure was built. As is evident from the raise in price, the most recent renovation was shepherded by Levine and Prinsloo themselves who hired Clements Design for the project. “We basically stripped it all down. We simplified the materials and color palette and exposed the bones of the house to create a beautiful, neutral backdrop for their collections of art and design,” Tommy Clements noted during AD’s tour. Levine and Prinsloo knew they “didn’t want a palatial McMansion,” as Levine himself told AD.

Inside, Calacatta marble details abound and most rooms stick to either white or light gray walls. Beyond the 9,000 square foot May-designed main house there’s a four bedroom guest house and an additional structure that can function as a home gym or home office.
