Another Biglaw Firm Gets On Board With The $415K Associate Salary Scale

// Raises are in the air! Biglaw firms are busy increasing associate compensation, and the most recent firm to do so is Cahill Gordon & Reindel.

The firm is known for giving associates a little something extra when bonus time rolls around, so it isn’t a shock that Cahill is moving to the new industry standard for base compensation. Cahill wants to show its associates that they’re appreciated and they have the cash to do so!
