Married actors Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are parting ways with the traditional style home they've owned since 2014. They first listed the five bedroom, six bathroom dwelling back in May of 2020, dropping the price before eventually selling it for $10.4 million, which is not much more than they paid for it.

Though it is located in Beverly Hills, the house has the look of an East Coast traditional one might expect to find in Connecticut. The exterior features a stone facade and a stately front door, while inside are rich wood floors, wainscoting, crown molding, and a staircase with a charming wooden bannister. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood each and every room, and listing photos show much of the dwelling decorated in bright white.

The one space with a different vibe is the wood-paneled office, which comes complete with a stately fireplace—one of four total in the home. Other spaces of note include a sauna, walk-in pantry, wine cellar, and dedicated breakfast room. Outside, there’s a covered patio and a kidney-shaped pool with a stone pool deck.

Kutcher and Kunis, who share a 7-year-old daughter, Wyatt, and a 5-year-old son, Dimitri, currently live in a custom-built, sustainable modern farmhouse by AD100 firm Backen & Gillam Architects, which AD toured in August of 2021. “We wanted the house to look like an old barn, something that had been here for decades, that was then converted into a house. But it also had to feel modern and relevant,” said Kutcher at the time. AD100 interior designer Vicky Charles of Charles & Co. helped them achieve the look.
