Biglaw Associates Are Tired Of The ‘New Normal’ And Want More Remote Work

They do want training, but I think a lot of them want free time, or the illusion of free time, sitting at home, where you don’t have corporate protocols and procedures.

So, I think some of those habits or behaviors crept in, or got calcified, during that period they were away [from the office], and people figured, ‘Why should I have to endure an hour or an hour and a half commute in some places, versus just being productive sitting at home?’
