Biglaw Layoffs May Keep Coming, But Their Impact On Head Count Won’t Be Huge

Law firms don’t want to cut into their muscle. It was a feeding frenzy in 2021, and many law firms acknowledged they overhired, but I don’t think there’s a risk to reduce head count at law firms of 5-6%.
