— Jeffrey Lowe, founder and managing partner of a new advisory firm, Jeffrey Lowe Partners, in comments given to the American Lawyer on Biglaw’s mandated return-to-office plans, which he says are still being met with resistance by partners. Earlier this summer, Lowe echoed the same sentiments, saying firms are “finding that their partners especially really do not want to come back into the office and they’re not quite sure what to do with it.”
