The March 7 photos of Blake Lively show her attending the world premiere of “Another Simple Favor” at the 2025 SXSW Conference and Festival at The Paramount Theatre in Austin, Texas. Lively welcomed excitement with another iconic dress reveal, a move she previously boasted at the 2022 Met Gala. The latex fabric of the outfit drew fashion enthusiasts, proving that the actor does not fear daring fashion choices.

While arriving at the scene, Lively wore a sheer blush latex coat. The short-sleeved coat’s liquid silk appearance and cinched waist detail gave the style icon a sophisticated look. Moreover, its transparent visibility showed the black belt beneath, adding a vintage charm. On the red carpet, Lively seamlessly took the coat off, announcing, “Okay, this is coming off.” Walking back, she revealed an ultra-fitted latex corset dress from designer Renee Masoomian.

The blush corset featured delicate button details down the front while perfectly molding her figure. At the same time, its plunging neckline and sleeveless design let the actor add a sultry touch to her look. The dress, with its black belt, and the skirt’s lace doily accents along the hem, turned the star’s red carpet moment into an avant-garde fashion statement.

She enhanced her presence with black pom-pom peep-toe heels, accessorizing with statement cocktail rings and black stud earrings. As per Audrey Long, the xoxoposhipgirl founder whose designer clothing was featured in “Gossip Girl,” costume designer Renee Kalfus confirmed that Blake Lively’s latex dress was a subtle tie-in to her film. Through an Instagram post, the fashion influencer claimed that Lively’s character would wear latex clothing by Masoomian. Hence, the star’s iconic costume transformation symbolized her character, Emily Nelson, in “Another Simple Favor.” With a clever easter egg and trendsetting outfit, Lively set a perfect prelude to the film’s release on May 1.
