Since launching her raunchy, sex-oriented show in 2018, Call Her Daddy podcast host Alex Cooper has proven that she won’t be leaving the airwaves any time soon. Her podcast was an immediate hit, and her success continued recently as Cooper signed a $60+ million deal with Spotify. This was Spotify’s biggest exclusive deal for a woman-led podcast to date. Now, the Pennsylvania native is upgrading her living quarters with the purchase of a $10.7 million Los Angeles estate.

According to Dirt, the podcaster and her longtime boyfriend, Hollywood producer Matt Kaplan will be moving into this Studio City compound together. The property consists of two separate houses on two separate parcels with two different addresses. The larger of the two sits behind gates, covering about 5,300 square feet. The smaller guesthouse is right next door at about 1,600 square feet. Together, both structures account for six bedrooms and 6.5 baths.

The larger of the two residences is a Colonial-style mansion which was originally built in the late 1930s. There are three bedrooms, a fireplace in the living room, a wood-paneled dining room and a kitchen that opens to the family room. Upstairs holds a library, a master suite, a lavish dressing room, and a bathroom lined with burled walnut trim.

The outside space features a private motor court, a courtyard, and an outdoor fireplace surrounded by trees. The oval swimming pool gives a classic Old Hollywood vibe. The smaller house also features a gated motor court and is surrounded by greenery.
