This position can expect significant exposure to all facets of the firm’s practice including a range of domestic and international tax issues, including in relation to the formation of investment funds, drafting United States tax disclosures for private placement memoranda and public offerings, negotiating and structuring the purchase and sale of businesses, structuring inbound and outbound investments, and other issues relating to mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations.
