The difference between something that’s illegal and something that needs your advice and counsel to get corrected is usually pretty stark. Your job is to not miss the former and mistake it for the latter.

Miller recently opened his own firm that will concentrate on regulation, regulatory investigations, and crisis management for blockchain companies and traditional financial firms. He says that while the downfall of FTX was “a hugely disappointing experience,” he’s now looking at it as “very much an asset” for his clients.
