Jack Niklaus is a retired golf champion and esteemed golf course designer. It has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, plus huge windows throughout that have northern views. One of the most unique features is the built-in sectional in the living room, which is large enough to accommodate lots of guests. The kitchen features subzero appliances, granite countertops and lots of space.

The primary suite features vaulted ceilings, a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom with an encased rainfall shower. An attached private deck is located just outside the primary suit. A lofted space overlooking the living room would make for the perfect office space, just as the terraces on each level would make ideal spaces for admiring the snowy mountains. The home also boasts an indoor racquetball court, game room, and terraces off of each level.
