He has listed his longtime West Village condo for $38.9 million. The X-Men and Les Miserables actor and wife Deborra-Lee Furness have raised their two children in this NYC dwelling and purchased the five-bedroom triplex for $21 million in 2008.
The 11,000-square-foot home is located in boutique condo building Meier South Tower, which occupies the eighth, ninth, and 10th floors of the building. The home features a sleek white spiral staircase that connects each floor and captivates guests with its floor-to-ceiling windows – providing a remarkable view of the Hudson River.
The 10th floor is solely a primary bedroom suite, which includes a studio, exercise area, and bathroom. The 8th floor hosts the other four bedrooms, a recreation room, and a library/guest room. A large dining area is located on the ninth floor, as well as a home office and a professional gourmet kitchen with marble counters, breakfast bar seating, and wall-to-wall views of the Hudson.
