Jenna Bush Hager Lists Modern Tribeca Pad for $5.375 Million

Now seven years and a third child later, the Today show host and daughter of George W. Bush and her husband have listed the New York City space for $5.375 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The family were the first ever residents of the modern apartment. The kitchen is extremely spacious by Manhattan standards, with custom Eggersmann contemporary cabinetry, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Gaggenau five burner stove, a Liebherr wine cooler, and a wide waterfall island that sits four when used as a breakfast bar. Both in the hallways and in bedrooms, plenty of storage is available thanks to well-placed custom closets and a separate dressing room in the primary suite. The main suite also contains a luxurious bathroom with matching driftwood gray marble floors and walls, a dual vanity, radiant flooring, and a deep soak tub. The living and dining area features four large windows that offer southern exposure and the 2,545 square foot unit’s most unique element: a secret passageway hidden in a full wall of built-in bookcases.

The asking price is nearly a million dollar increase from the $4.58 million the Hagers paid for the home in 2015. Jenna, Henry, and their children (nine-year-old Mila, six-year-old Poppy, and three-year-old Hal) are reportedly relocating to Connecticut’s Fairfield County, though they also own a home on Long Island’s North Shore.
