It’s a big year for Jonah Hill. The comedic actor, writer, and director has a new film coming out— the Netflix Original You People, which he co-penned with Kenya Barris and is also starring in. But before the movie premieres later this year, Hill has one thing to cross off his to do list: selling his Manhattan home. According to the New York Post, the Moneyball star has listed his three bedroom, four and a half bathroom Noho pad for just shy of $11 million.

The Schumacher, as the pre-war building the unit is located in is known, underwent a massive restoration project by Morris Adjmi Architects that allow its original details to glisten while offering all of the luxuries of modern life. The specific unit Hill has listed flaunts limewashed walls done by Axel Vervoodt’s preferred artisan, plus the building’s signature barrel vaulted brick ceilings. While the apartment had four bedrooms at the time of Hill’s purchase, it has since been converted to just three, allowing extra space for a lounge area in the primary bedroom.

The Wolf of Wallstreet star purchased the 3,280 square foot home back in 2015 for $9.2 million, but judging by the rental records from the past few years, he hasn’t had much time for East Coast living as of late. In both 2019 and 2020 the property was listed for $37,500 a month, then quickly snagged by a lucky renter who is seemingly still living there, as the listing specifies that the unit comes with a renter in place. Hill also owns a home in Malibu.
