Just a little over a year after he scooped up a $9 million Malibu home, Jonah Hill is acquiring another gorgeous house in the exact same neighborhood. The This Is the End actor’s new spot is located in the gated Malibu Colony community, which offers ocean views and is home to A-listers like Tom Hanks and Bette Midler. Unlike Hill’s other home in the neighborhood, this one is on the ocean side and offers views right over a pretty strip of sand. The four bed, four bath residence sits on a .16-acre lot of land and offers up 3,100 square feet of living space.

While the first home that Hill purchased in the neighborhood was contemporary and had white stucco sidings reminiscent of something that may be found in Greece, his new acquisition is a little more dated. Built in the 1930s, the new home is more traditional, and features stucco sidings and wood shingles, Dirt reports. It is three stories tall and has a two-car garage, as well as a brick driveway with a gated entrance.

The living room features a stunning fireplace with vaulted wood-beamed ceilings. The arched doorways make the home feel open and help with the overall flow of the layout. Many of the rooms feature natural wood ceilings, which helps the entire home feel more nature-infused.

There is a galley-style kitchen and a curving staircase that leads upstairs, where many of the rooms feature vaulted ceilings and ocean views. One of the most beautiful features of the home is the ocean-view balcony that is accessible through the main suite, which features a bathroom with dual vanities and a rainfall shower, as well as a walk-in closet.

Downstairs, the brick patio overlooks the ocean and has a staircase that leads right down to the sand. It also has a covered dining area so that the space can be enjoyed no matter what the forecast holds. This home is certainly a beautiful addition to Hill’s impressive real estate portfolio.
