It would appear that Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are decluttering their real estate portfolio–just a few short months after listing the Hollywood Hills home they’ve owned for nearly 20 years, the couple has sold their New York apartment for $29 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Timberlake and Biel purchased the Tribeca penthouse in 2017 for $20.2 million, leaving them with a hefty profit. Since the deal was off the market, there are no recent photos available, so it’s unknown if the couple renovated the property at all during their time there, though it’s unlikely since the property was converted in 2014. The building is acclaimed for its attention to detail, from bookmatched Calacatta marble in the bathrooms to the formerly industrial building’s original pine beams. The unit the couple occupied features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with dual walk-in closets in the primary bedroom, and on the second level, an entertainment room and large private terrace with an outdoor kitchen.

Beyond their particular unit the building has a long list of amenities, with an emphasis on wellness facilities, including private yoga and pilates studios, a swimming pool, an infrared sauna, and a massage room. A children’s play room and landscaped courtyard make it a particularly good fit for families like the Timberlakes, who share two sons, six-year-old Silas and two-year-old Phineas. The list of celebrities who’ve lived in the building is practically never ending—Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, The Weeknd and Bella Hadid are among the many. Just last month, Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton sold his unit in the building.
