House of Cards actor Kate Mara and Jamie Bell, her husband, have listed their private retreat in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for $3.2 million. Mara and the Rocketman star are making a final curtain call after making a handful of cosmetic changes to the house they acquired in 2018 for about $2.6 million.

The traditional-style home was built in 1936 and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sitting at just under 3,000 square feet. The beautiful property is ringed by a thick hedge wall, ensuring privacy from public view. One side of the property has a detached two-car garage; the opposite side includes the main entry, which is a locked metal gate at street level.

The actors made modern updates to the house—painting the cabinets in the kitchen a graphite gray, adding built-in window seats to the living room which compliments the hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and sunroom with red brick flooring. The home is sited on a notably long and narrow lot, which explains the lengthy hallway that connects to various bedrooms.

Multiple doors can be found on the exterior which open to various parts of the yard. A swimming pool is flanked by a brick patio and raised spa. Grassy lawns cover the perimeter while a covered dining pavilion with an outdoor fireplace transports you to a secret garden.
