It would seem that Kristen Stewart is waving goodbye to the beach. Stewart reportedly first bought a 5,800 square feet Malibu home with her mother back in 2011 for $4.8 million, when she was 21 years old and still one film shy of completing the Twilight series. After 11 years in her Malibu home, and nearly two years since first listing it for $9.5 million, the actor has officially sold the five-bedroom, five-bathroom space for $8.3 million.

Located in the Latigo Beach community, the home isn’t directly on the beachfront but offers quick beach access and ocean views from the top floor deck. A series of staircases, both indoors and outdoors, wind through the property, revealing secluded patios, sitting rooms, and most notably, a well-landscaped spa area. Built in 1993, the interiors aren’t particularly flashy, instead opting to lean into the casual atmosphere of its locale. A two-story one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house is on the property, while the other four bedrooms and bathrooms are located in the main structure, along with a two car garage. The galley kitchen has clearly been updated recently and enjoys Bosch, Dacor and KitchenAid appliances, plus stylish wooden cabinetry.

A lot’s changed for the actor since the 2011 purchase, including last year’s $6 million purchase of a home in East L.A.’s Los Feliz neighborhood. Stewart has owned that the area since 2012, when she reportedly paid $2.2 million for a spot.
