It’s been less than 10 years since Mark Wahlberg’s custom Beverly Hills home was completed and the actor is already preparing to move out. According to Dirt, Wahlberg has listed the property for $87.5 million—a massive price tag for an equally massive 30,500 square-foot home that sits on a 6.2 acre land parcel.

The grand chateau style home contains 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms spread between a main house, a separate guesthouse, a pool cabana, and a viewing pavilion located next to the sports court. Built in 2014 by architect Richard Landry, the home looks like it would fit just as easily in the French countryside as it does in the Beverly Park gated community. Front doors open to a double height room with custom millwork that adds dimension and a sweeping staircase that flaunts intricate iron balusters. Most rooms are topped with coffered ceilings and a fireplace is on offer in innumerable rooms, even in one of the bathrooms. The primary suite offers a living and sleeping area, plus a spacious balcony that looks out on the sprawling backyard. There are two extra large walk-in closets (one of which has two island-like storage areas) and two similarly roomy bathrooms, each with its own deep soak tub.

There’s a long list of recreation amenities out back, including a 5 hole golf course, a sports court, a skate park and a grotto pool with a lounge area surrounding a fireplace perched on top.
