Palm Beach Fl catch your fantasy? How about breakfast at Tiffany’s not just as a once-in-a-while occasion but day after day after day? It’s Audrey Hepburn’s fantasy played up many times over and could in fact become a reality for the lucky new owner of the Palm Beach Fl penthouse on top of the Tiffany’s store. 

Located on Worth Avenue, the equivalent of Madison Avenue in New York, or Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, the property is hitting the auction block on March 15, according to the site TopTenRealEstateDeals.com. The builder, Kean Developers, is hoping to get at least $20 million for the sale and is selling the residence as an unfinished space because, as TopTenRealEstate Deals.com reports, “the builder felt the buyer would have specific design tastes.”

Set on the second floor, the home offers 10,000 square feet of interior space and an additional 3,000 square feet outside, says John D. Reynolds, a broker with Douglas Elliman who previously had the listing, along with Gary Pohrer. It has five bedrooms, seven and a half baths, and a rooftop that’s ideal for entertaining 50 or more of your closest friends. This outdoor space features a swimming pool, game room, bar, and gym; views of Palm Beach’s downtown can be had from every vantage point.  

“This is the largest penthouse in Palm Beach, period,” Reynolds says. “It’s in an iconic building on an iconic block and, because it’s never been lived in, it’s a blank canvas for the new owner to create their dream living space.”

If we had to place our bets on it, we think that Hepburn would have jumped to bid to make the penthouse her home. Breakfast at Tiffany’s every day indeed.
