Four years after Eva Longoria sold her Hollywood Hills property for a loss of nearly half a million dollars, rapper 2 Chainz has purchased that same home for $3.75 million, according to Dirt. The home’s value has been shockingly stagnant over the years—the former Desperate Housewives star bought it for $3.6 million shortly after it was built, then sold it for $3.1 million in 2018—but it has plenty to offer for that price.

The 8,880 square foot home is oriented to maximize space to take in the gorgeous view, with four floors connected together by an ornate spiral staircase. The middle two floors feature wraparound balconies on the side of the property that faces the city while the top floor grants access to a rooftop deck. Perhaps most picturesque is the outdoor area off of the second floor that flaunts a lap pool and hot tub, lounge area, and a covered al fresco dining space. Back inside, on the entertainment level, a spacious bar is adjacent to a wall with see-through glass into the pool, should you wish to gaze at those enjoying the water. Nearby, a home theater offers a more lowkey entertainment option. Fireplaces are peppered throughout, with five total throughout the six bedroom, six full bathroom, and three half bathroom property.

Rapper 2 Chainz’s new house isn’t his first Hollywood Hills home and it’s not his first with celebrity history either. In 2016, the artist behind hits like “I'm Different” and “No Lie” purchased a $2.5 million Hollywood Hills home that Van Halen and Ozzy Osbourne recorded in. The Atlanta native also owns a 22 acre property in Palmetto, Georgia.
