Sandra Bullock has listed one of the two units she owns in West Hollywood’s famed Sierra Towers building, Dirt reports. Sierra Towers is known for its star studded list of tenants which includes Adam Sandler, Courteney Cox, and Kelly Osbourne, and even the unit Bullock is selling has a rich Hollywood history—Friends star Matthew Perry previously called the space home. Bullock bought the condo for $3.35 million in 2014, and now, seven years and a renovation later, is asking $4.495 million for the luxe two bedroom, two and a half bathroom apartment.

The home’s most impressive feature is its stunning views. Two of the walls in the open living space, which contains the kitchen and dining and lounge areas, are floor to ceiling windows, with stunning views of Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles, and the Pacific Ocean. Many of these windows are in fact sliders that open to the terrace, which is deep enough to accommodate seating, and stretches to the bedrooms that also feature floor to ceiling sliders. The indoor space is minimal with wood accents throughout including custom cabinetry in the kitchen and the primary suite, plus panelling in the living area. Residency grants access to the building’s pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and fire pit, along with 24/7 security and valet parking.

After the sale of the apartment, the Miss Congeniality star will still have plenty of options on where to live—the Oscar winner reportedly owns 17 different properties, including ones in Beverly Hills, Malibu, New Orleans, Texas, Wyoming, New York, and of course, her other Sierra Towers unit, which has one bedroom and two bathrooms.
