— U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff of the Southern District of New York, in comments given to the New York Law Journal, concerning the “haunted” office of District Executive Ed Friedland, which is now showcasing employee-made exhibits from scary movies, including “Nightmare on Elm Street,” “It,” “Halloween,” “Friday the 13th,” “Mars Attacks!,” “Haunted Mansion,” and “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.” A panel of SDNY judges will choose a winning exhibit after Halloween is over.
