Our annual survey of in-house counsel and law firm attorneys shows an uptick in the number of large law firms and big-name corporations who work with funders. This year, more than half of the in-house counsel who reported having firsthand experience with litigation finance work in large companies or Fortune 1000 corporations.

One element that has remained consistent across surveys is satisfaction with the experience. Among the survey respondents who have worked directly with litigation funders, the proportion who said they would do so again has remained above 80 percent for the last five years.
