According to the American Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession’s new report, “How Unappealing: An Empirical Analysis of the Gender Gap among Appellate Attorneys,” what percentage of criminal cases argued before the Seventh Circuit in 2019 were argued by female attorneys?

Hint: Gender diversity is better in criminal cases than civil cases. For civil cases, only 24 percent were argued by women.
