It looks like Abel Tesfaye (AKA The Weeknd) is prepared to give up condo living, and the gorgeous views that come with it–according to Dirt, the musician has just listed his unit in Westwood’s luxurious Beverly West building. Tesfaye spent $21 million on the four bedroom, eight bathroom space in late 2019 and he’s now hoping to fetch $22.5 million.

The unit occupies the entire 18th floor of the building, and thanks to floor to ceiling windows on the entire perimeter, offers views of the Pacific Ocean, the Santa Monica mountains, downtown L.A., and much more. The 7,950 square foot unit’s great room is an entertainer's dream, with a bar, dining area, two balconies, and numerous lounge areas, plus an adjacent wine vault. Marble countertops, natural wood paneling on accent walls, and built in lighted shelving gives the open space an impressive, refined energy.

The primary bedroom, located on the opposite end of the unit, also flaunts wood-paneled walls, as does half of its ensuite bathroom which otherwise has marble floors and walls. Entry to an extra large walk in closet with gorgeous glass built in cabinetry is available from the primary bathroom. The additional bedrooms feature similar custom closet space and their own slice of the view. A home gym and an espresso bar are conveniently located near the bedrooms, too.

Even with all that luxury, it’s no wonder the three-time Grammy award winner famous for hits like “I Feel It Coming” is offloading the place. By now he’s likely spent plenty of time enjoying the 33,000 square foot Bel Air mansion he purchased this past summer for $70 million.
