According to a report from Insider, firm employees will receive $3,000 to help cover airfare and lodging. Any costs for spouses and children will not be covered. The firm expects to remain in Portugal for two to four weeks, and has already secured a coworking space. Vela says those who travel abroad to work may receive reduced bonuses out of fairness to those who are unable to attend the trip, but so far, he’s undecided.
