Law Schools Which law schools have the highest percent of full-tuition scholarships?

Ohio State University’s Michael E. Moritz College of Law has awarded the highest number of full-tuition scholarships among law schools.

According to a recent study posted on TaxProf Blog, Paul Caron, the dean of Pepperdine University Rick J. Caruso School of Law, found that 33.9% of students at the school received full-tuition scholarships. The school with the second-highest percentage of students receiving the awards was the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law, with 25.2%, followed by the University of Iowa College of Law, where 19.5% of the students received full-tuition scholarships. Caron’s findings are based on data from 2021 ABA 509 Reports, which are the most recent available.

The post also ranked law schools offering more than full tuition. In the top three spots were University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law (45.2%), Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School (23.4%) and the University of Alabama School of Law (16.1%).

In addition, Caron examined half-to-full-tuition scholarships. University of Southern California Gould School of Law was in the No. 1 spot, with 66.6% of students receiving the awards. Washington & Lee University School of Law was ranked second, with 62.9% of students receiving the awards, and coming in third was William & Mary Law School, where 62.5% of students received the scholarships.
