Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards and her husband, Mauricio Umansky, the CEO of the luxury brokerage firm The Agency, are listing their mountain escape in Aspen for $9.75 million.

The beautiful home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and an array of other amenities that make it an idyllic mountain retreat. Earlier this year, the couple parted ways with their former home in Bel Air for $6.1 million. They currently live in a sprawling estate in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles, which they purchased in 2017 for $8.1 million.

The Aspen getaway is sure to sell quickly, as it boasts stunning amenities and a great location. The home spans 2,426 square feet, and features panoramic mountain views of Roaring Fork Valley from two large decks—one off of the living room and one on the rooftop. The rooftop deck even has a hot tub so that it’s easy to soak in the views while relaxing.

The river stones also make appearances elsewhere in the house, like in the primary suite, which is located on the second floor. The stones adorn a large fireplace in the bedroom, which features French doors that open out onto a smaller private balcony. The en-suite bathroom features dual steam showers as well as a soaking tub. Finally, the home has a two-car garage, as well as driveway parking, which makes it easy to host guests.
